Please see below the scheduled dates for this year’s P&C General Meetings. You don’t have to be a committee member to attend — these meetings are open to the whole community!

Thinking… sounds alright, but what about the kids?
Bring them! There’s usually a little crew of kids who entertain themselves while we do our thing.
👉 Just a gentle note: kiddos are still the responsibility of their parent or caregiver (we’re good… but not that good 😅)
So no babysitter stress required — just keep an eye on your mini human while you’re there.

Meetings commence at 5:00pm and are held on school grounds. To keep everyone on their toes, we like to switch it up - sometimes we meet in the Community Hub (E Block), and other times in the Staff Room (Admin).  You will hear us gas bagging at one or the other locations!

Please note these dates are confirmed for P&C Committee Members, who will always be notified directly via email of any changes (we have a handy go-to mailing list just for them).

If you are not a committee member and are planning to attend a meeting, we recommend getting in touch to confirm it’s proceeding as scheduled. While we do our best to keep our website and social media up to date, they may not always reflect last-minute changes… because, well, between school, work, life and everything else in between - emailing our member list tends to win!
