To enrich every student's school experience by working with the community to provide diverse learning opportunities, improved resources, and an inclusive environment where all feel valued.

Our Strategic Priorities (2025–2030)

 

Student Wellbeing & Development

  • Advocate for programs and initiatives that support mental health, nutrition, and overall wellbeing

  • Provide additional learning support and enrichment opportunities

  • Organise extracurricular activities that foster student growth and engagement

Community Engagement & Advocacy

  • Encourage open communication between parents, caregivers, and school leadership

  • Promote inclusivity and cultural awareness through community events

  • Establish channels for parents and community members to contribute ideas and feedback

 

Resources & Facilities Enhancement

  • Seek grants and funding opportunities to improve school resources and facilities

  • Partner with local businesses and organisations for sponsorship and support

  • Assist in prioritising school facility improvements based on community needs

 

Volunteer & Leadership Development

  • Ceate a structured volunteer program to encourage parent involvement

  • Offer training and leadership opportunities to build capacity within the P&C

  • Recognise and celebrate volunteer contributions

School & P&C Alignment

  • Hold regular meetings with school leadership to ensure P&C efforts align with school priorities

  • Work collaboratively on initiatives that benefit students, staff, and families

  • Develop long-term goals that support both school and community aspirations

 

Measuring Success

To ensure our strategic plan delivers meaningful outcomes, we will:

  • Conduct regular reviews and assess progress against our priorities

  • Gather feedback from parents, students, and staff to refine initiatives

  • Celebrate achievements and continuously adapt to community needs
